Aaron has worked in and around, marketing, advertising and design for nearly twenty years, so being able to work from the ground up and the processes in between have become second nature. Here are a few of the hats he's worn over the years.

After nearly 18 years working in ad and design agencies as a designer, art director, associate creative director, then creative director, I finally decided to go out on my own in 2010. Today I run what I call a self-employed micro-agency. Running ACDG keeps me busy, but I stay balanced by coaching my son's baseball team, keeping up with my busy daughter, Elle, or spending time with my incredible wife
The "DG" in ACDG is my valued group of design associates, editors and programmers that help give my ideas the support they need to become tangible and ef fective brand communication.
Hence, "DG"=Design Group, not Design Guy.
